Sub: Operational Guidelines for Clearing and Settlement & Risk Management for BSE Equity Cash Segment under the Uniform Membership (TM-CM) structure in Equity Cash Segment.
To All Members,
Attention of Members of Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd, (ICCL) is drawn to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2019/14 dated January 11,2019, ICCL Circular No 20190218-35 dated February 18, 2019 and Circular No 20190227-45 dated February 27, 2019,
In this connection, members are hereby requested to kindly refer the Annexure pertaining to Clearing & Settlement Process & Risk Management under the Uniform Membership (TM-CM) structure in Equity Cash Segment (including OFS and OTB).
Current Collateral framework of Equity Cash Segment will be applicable at Clearing Member (CM)/Custodian level.
Members may kindly note that these changes shall come into effect from April 01, 2019.
