i. Pursuant to Regulation 17(1) and 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank based on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee have appointed Ms. Ranjana Agarwal (DIN: 03340032) as an Additional and Independent Director of the Bank w.e.f. November 30, 2019 for a term of 5 years subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Bank.
Further, Ms. Ranjana Agarwal is not related to any of the Directors/ Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank and is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other regulatory/statutory authority.
