Ajit Kumar Seth and Anand Nayak as Additional Directors and, subject to the approval of the shareholders, also as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from 13th July, 2019. We further advise that to the best of our knowledge and information, Messrs. Seth and Nayak have not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority.
Brief profile and other details of Messrs. Seth and Nayak, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular dated 9th September, 2015, are given in Annexures 1 and 2, respectively.
