The Company has availed the remote e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
The Company has fixed 19th September, 2019 as the 'Cut Off Date' to ascertain the eligibility of the members of the company to cast their votes through remote e-voting as well as for the voting by ballot at the 43rd AGM of the company. The e-voting will commence from 9:00 AM on 23/09/2019 and end at 5:00 PM on 25/09/2019.
Further, the facility of voting through ballot papers will be made available at the AGM. |
