Sub: Format for financial results for listed entities which have listed their debt securities and/or non-cumulative redeemable preference shares
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/IMD/DF1/9/2015 dated November 27, 2015 regarding the captioned matter.
The aforesaid Circular is appended for reference
This circular shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2015.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular read with provisions of Regulation 52 of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements), 2015 and comply accordingly.
