It is hereby informed that on account of several regulatory changes and in order to revamp the existing Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of Cash and Derivatives Segment, the Exchange has amended its existing Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations.
The same have been replaced with new Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange. These new Rules and Bye-laws have come into force with effect from April 15, 2017, being the date of notification in the Gazette of India along with Regulations made thereunder. The Rules and Bye-laws of the Exchange have also been submitted for publication in the Gazette of State of Maharashtra.
