BSE has launched its Online Portal Listing Centre for
submission of various filings by listed companies with BSE, with
effect from February 8, 2013. This portal is designed to make
the corporate filings easy, convenient and environment friendly for listed
companies. It is a web based facility with secured login to the Company.
All filings/ submissions through the Listing Centre are preferred to be filed with Digital Signature.
Listing Centre facility is available FREE OF CHARGE to BSE listed companies.
