| Notes | Issue of up to 1,48,02,856 Partly Paid Up Equity Shares of Face Value Rs. 4/- each (“Rights Equity Shares”) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 135/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 131 per equity share) (The “Issue Price”), aggregating up to Rs. 199.84/- Crores on a rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of 3 rights equity shares for every 20 fully paid-up equity shares held by the existing equity shareholders on the record date, that is, on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 to be paid to the extent of 51.85% of the Issue price i.e. Rs. 70/- along with the application and the balance amount will be payable by the Rights Equity Shareholders on First and Final Call of Rs. 65/- each per Rights Equity Share, pursuant to the Payment method after payment of the Application Money. |
