| Notes | Issue of up to 1,99,82,667 partly paid up equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each (“Rights Equity Shares”) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 60/- per rights equity share (including a premium of Rs. 50 per rights equity share) aggregating up to Rs.1,19,89,60,020 on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of 48 rights equity shares for every 125 fully paid-up equity shares held by the eligible equity shareholders of the company on the record date, that is, on August 5, 2020, to be paid to the extent of 25% of the issue price i.e. Rs. 15/- along with the application and the balance amount will be payable by the Rights Equity Shareholders on one or more subsequent Call(s) as determined by our Board at its sole discretion, from time to time of Rs. 45/- each per Rights Equity Share, pursuant to the Payment Schedule after payment of the Application Money. |
