India's largest Mutual Funds Distributor platform BSE StAR MF sets a new record; processes 31.66 lakh transactions in September 2018

Mumbai, September 28, 2018:  BSE StAR MF set an all-time record high of 31.66 lakh transactions in September 2018, witnessing a 10% growth on a month on month basis. The country’s largest Mutual Funds Distributor platform also recorded 116% growth as compared to September 2017. On 10th September 2018,   BSE StAR MF processed another record of nearly 6 lakh transactions in a single day, observing a 17% growth on a month on month basis. The previous best was 5 lakh transactions on 10th August 2018.

BSE StAR MF encouraged its members to register maximum SIPs during the Maha SIP week (10th Sept- 15th Sept), which summed up to 53,547 new SIPs to the industry in a week’s time.

The BSE StAR MF telegram group user has crossed 6200 members, as of September 28, 2018.  The group has redefined the service standards of Mutual Funds Distributors in India. The robustness and seamlessness of BSE StAR MF, the swiftness of distributors, and query resolution through real-time interaction through BSE StAR MF user’s telegram group have created an ideal ecosystem for all stakeholders in India’s Mutual Funds Industry.

BSE StAR MF has also crossed 15,000 IFA/Mutual Funds Distributors Registration, creating an overall distribution network of over 2,00,000 in over 3000 cities and towns of India. BSE has once again exhibited that with scalability, the service standards notch higher.

More than 37% of new financial transactions in the mutual funds industry are contributed by BSE StAR MF with over 1.65 crore investors registered on the platform. In the current fiscal, till 28th September 2018, BSE StAR MF has processed nearly 15.6 million transactions.
