BSE StAR MF records highest ever transactions; processes 54.43 lakh transactions in January 2020

Mumbai, January 31, 2020: Continuing its stellar performance, BSE StAR MF, India's largest Mutual Funds Distributor platform, has processed above 54.43 lakh transactions in the month of January 2020 amounting Rs.16,235 Cr. The previous best was 49.60 lakh transactions in the month of Dec 2019. Overall, the platform has surpassed 4.47 crore transactions in the current financial year for the period April 2019 to January 2020.

The platform has also registered 2.98 lakh new SIPs amounting to Rs 83.74 crore till 31st January 2020, current StAR MF SIP book size is 35.68 Lakhs amounting Rs 1025.85 Cr.   

BSE StAR MF app (StAR MF Mobility) has processed over 2.26 Lakh transactions since its launch, amounting to Rs 2181.50 crore. The app was launched to help the distributor and the IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors) to register clients on real-time basis and execute paperless transactions. It is the superior support system and distribution reach of BSE StAR MF that is enabling the platform to grow exponentially with over 56,000 registered distributors in India.
