BSE SME lists one more company, Transvoy Logistics India Limited, on its platform
Mumbai, 2nd February 2023: BSE SME Exchange, setup in 2012 to provide small and medium and medium-sized enterprises with a platform to mobilise capital, is enabling more and more companies across India to list on the bourse.
Transvoy Logistics India Limited, a firm engaged in the business of integrated logistics solutions, is the newest company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform, taking the total number of listed companies on the Exchange to 415.
The Ahmedabad-based company came out with an initial public offering of 7,20,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each (“Equity Shares”) for cash at a price of Rs. 71 per equity share (The “Offer Price”), aggregating to Rs.5.11 crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on January 24, 2023. Ahmedabad-based Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited, was the lead manager to Transvoy Logistics India Limited.
BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 60 percent.
