BSE‘s SME platform receives 214th Draft Prospectus
Mumbai: 19 June 2017: BSE SME has become the first SME Platform in India where 214 companies have filed their prospectus for getting listed. Captain Technocast Limited from Rajkot has filed the DRHP file today for getting listed on the BSE SME platform. As on date 183 companies are listed on BSE SME Platform and out which 29 companies have migrated on the BSE Main board. BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.1440 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 183 companies as on 19 June 2017 is Rs18,832 crores. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 80 percent.
