Sarthak Metals Limited and Jash Dealmark Limited

One Hundred and Sixty Eight and Sixty Ninth SME Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform

                                                                                                          
Mumbai, March 27, 2017: SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012.

 

Sarthak Metals Limited became 168th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on March 27, 2017. Sarthak Metals Limited came out with an initial public offering of 36,36,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.30/- Per Equity Share(The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs.’1090.80’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on March 17, 2017.

 

Jash Dealmark Limited became 169th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on March 27, 2017. Jash Dealmark Limited came out with an initial public offering of 13,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.40/- Per Equity Share(The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs.’540’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on March 17, 2017.

 

 

Sarthak Metals Limited is a Chhattisgarh based Company whose registered office is at Bhilai. The company is engaged into the manufacturing of wide variety of Cored wires, Aluminum Flipping Coils, Industrial Oxygen gas and carbon dioxide gas. It also manufactures and supplies wire feeder machines that are known for drawing wires of 9 mm to 15mm diameter. They are also engaged in the business of trading of iron and steel related products.

 

Jash Dealmark Limited is a Maharashtra based Company whose registered office is at Mumbai. The company is an import export solution provider. It is engaged in the business of trading of Exim licenses. It is also engaged in the business of trading and supply of industrial and engineering plastic components. It also trades in various FMCG products within the country.

 

 

Kolkata based Guiness Corporate Advisors Private Limited was the lead manager for Sarthak Metals Limited and Mumbai based Gretex Corporate Services Private Limited was the lead manager for Jash Dealmark Limited

 

The 169 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.1312.08 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 169 companies as on 27th March, 2017 is 16,510.18 Crores. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 81 percent.
