This is with reference to SEBI circular no. no CIR/IMD/DF/136/2016 dated December 19, 2016 for Guidelines for public issue of units of REITs (copy attached).
SEBI has issued an amendment vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2019/15 dated January 15, 2019 to the Guidelines for public issue of units of REITs. The copy of same is attached herewith as Annexure.
