Insilco Limited has intimated the Exchange regarding initiation of voluntary liquidation process of the Company under provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and appointment of Mr. Chandra Prakash as the Liquidator.
Further, the company had informed the Exchange regarding process of voluntary liquidation including initiation of E-Auction of Assets of the company (Under Voluntary Liquidation) pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Insilco Limited (Scrip Code: 500211) will be suspended w.e.f. October 07, 2022.
