Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated June 07, 2021 under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 3(3)(b) of SEBI (Delisting of equity shares) Regulations, 2009,as amended from time to time, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (“the Company”) had applied for delisting of its equity shares.
The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order dated June 07, 2021 for delisting.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
