Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. December 01, 2020 and has appointed Mr. Nirav Tarkas as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Euro Ceramics Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532823) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, April 16, 2021.
