As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal under provision of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 :
The Resolution Applicant shall cancel and extinguish all the the existing Equity Shares of the company by way of capital reduction.
The Capital Reduction shall not require any payment to be made by the Corporate Debtor to any of the Shareholders.
