Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. May 11, 2019 and has appointed Ms. Mamta Binani, as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f. April 18, 2018 on account of non-compliance with Regulation 55A of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996 for two consecutive quarters i.e. September 2017 and December 2017.
It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
