Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. February 08, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Anil Mehta, as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f November 26, 2018 on account of non-compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. March 2018 and June 2018.
It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
