Delisting of Company from Exchange as provided in the Resolution Plan.
Note: Subsequent to delisting of the Company and provided in the Resolution Plan, the existing issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the company shall stand extinguished. The Liquidation Value of the Equity shareholder is NIL and therefore, they will not be entitled to receive any payment.
