Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. October 05, 2020 and has appointed Mr. Bhavesh Rathod, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f July 11, 2019 due to non-compliance with Regulation 31 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters, i.e. December 2018 and March 2019. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
