Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Century Textiles & Industries Limited has informed BSE that the Company has fixed Record Date as October 14,2019 for the purpose of issuance and allotment of 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each of UltraTech Cement Limited for every 8 (Eight) equity shares of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each held in Century Textiles & Industries Limited to shareholders of Century Textiles and Industries Limited. Ex- Date for scheme of arrangement October 11,2019.
In view of the above, the Exchange shall make the necessary adjustments for all the available Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip Century Textiles & Industries Limited (Derivatives Asset Code – CENT) as follows –
· All the existing Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip Century Textiles & Industries Limited shall expire on October 10,2019. Derivatives contracts on Century Textiles & Industries Limited shall be reintroduced from October 11,2019, being the ex-date.
· Based on the price determined after completion of the pre-open call auction session at 10:00 am in equity segment for scrip Century Textiles & Industries Limited on October 11,2019 a minimum of 7 In the money, 1 At the money and 7 Out of the money strikes shall be made available for trading.
· Futures and options contracts of scrip Century Textiles & Industries Limited shall be made available for trading in equity derivatives segment after the underlying scrip moves in normal market in equity segment at 10:00 am on October 11,2019.
