Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Shamrock Industrial Company Limited.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20160209-32 dated February 09, 2016 wherein SEBI, vide its Order No. WTM/RKA/EFD/22/2016 dated February 09, 2016, had inter-alia, restrained and prohibited Shamrock Industrial Company Limited and its directors viz. Mr. Kamlesh Rameshchandra Khokhani and Mr. Kalpesh Rameshchandra Khokhani from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in whatsoever manner, till the company resolves all the investor grievances pending against it.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its Order dated September 14, 2018, has vacated the directions of the impugned order dated February 09, 2016.
A copy of the said SAT Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
