Sub: Order under sections 11(1), 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and regulation 28 of SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008 in the matter of Reliable Mega Projects Ltd (RMPL)
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/WRO/11/2018-19 dated April 20, 2018 has inter-alia directed RMPL (PAN : AAFCR8322L) and its directors, viz Devendra Kumar (PAN : BDMPK8128B), Madhusudan Makwana (PAN : ATFPM8729G), Jitendra Singh Dagala (PAN : AQTPD5941J), Bhagwati Bai (PAN : AVPPB2371M), Rohit Patwa (PAN : AXJPP2766J) and Santosh Panwar (PAN : BHIPP4346J) shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or associate themselves as directors with any listed company or company intending to raise money from the public.
It is also stated in the aforesaid order that in the event of the Noticees failing to file replies or requesting for an opportunity of personal hearing within 90 days from the date of receipt of the order, the prima facie findings as mentioned in the aforsaid Order shall become final and absolute against the respective Noticees automatically, without any further orders. Consequently, the Noticees shall automatically be bound by the directions contained in paragraphs 19 and 20 as applicable till the expiry of a period of four years from the date of completion of repayment.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect, which shall remain in force till further orders.
