This is in continuation to Exchange Notice No. 20190520 – 34 dated May 20, 2019 on Disciplinary actions for late/non submission of data towards Holding Statement.
Stock brokers are requested to take a note that para 1 of the aforesaid notice stating submission of data towards Holding Statement as on last trading day of every week on or before the next four trading days is to be read as “All Stock brokers (except for those who are carrying out only proprietary trading and/or only trading for institutional clients) are required to submit the data towards Holding Statement for all calendar days of the reporting week (except Sunday) on or before the next four trading days of subsequent week.”
All Stock brokers are requested to take a note of the above and comply.
