This is in continuation of the Exchange Notice No: 20181116-1 dated November 16, 2018, Trading Members are hereby informed that Natco Pharma Limited (Scrip code: 524816) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange w.e.f. May 16, 2019
Accordingly, the Buyback of shares of Natco Pharma Limited will not be available in Demat form.
