It is also mentioned in the aforesaid order that in case the amount is not disgorged within the specified time, the said Noticee shall be restrained from buying, selling or dealing in securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years from the end of the specified time of 45 days.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
