| Re-issue of forfeited equity shares of Trinity League India Ltd. |
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Trinity League India Ltd (Scrip Code- 531846) has re-issued 5,91,200 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at par to Promoter & Non-Promoter, which were earlier forfeited by the company due to non-payment of allotment/call monies. These shares shall be listed and admitted to dealings w.e.f. Friday, December 21, 2018.
Trading Members may note that, the under mentioned shares are not transferable up to the date mentioned against them and would not be good delivery in the market till then.
