Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Inter Globe Finance Ltd (IGFL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017, to be read with Exchange Notice No. 20180301-40 dated March 01, 2018 where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/144/2018 dated March 1, 2018 had modified, the actions envisaged in SEBI’s letter dated August 07, 2017 (issued vide Exchange notice no 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017), wherein the promoters and directors in IGFL are permitted only to buy the securities of IGFL. The shares held by the promoters and directors in IGFL shall not be allowed to be transferred for sale by depositories.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/SEBI/ISD/ 66 /2018 dated December 27, 2018 hereby revoked the directions prohibiting sale of shares of promotes and directors of IGFL issued vide the interim order dated March 01, 2018.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
