In modification of notice no 20190307-29 dated March 7, 2019 and to facilitate ease of UCC registration, Trading members of the exchange are hereby informed that validation for Pincode- State shall be enabled during entry / upload of new UCC. Pincodes starting with first 2/3 digits shall be mapped with state e.g. Pincode start range for state Maharashtra will be 40xxxx-44xxxx and for GOA pincode start range will be 403xxx.
Further, the said validations shall also apply while modifying UCC i.e. in case the PINCODE and STATE for the existing client code does not match with the master available in UCC module, trading members shall be required to update the PINCODE & STATE according to the master provided in the UCC module.
Members are requested to refer PIN State Master, City State Master available in UCC module.

The above changes will be made effective from April 01, 2019.
