Sub: Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Confidence Finance and Trading Limited
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/AB/EFD-I/DRA-4/12/2018-19 dated December 31, 2018 has inter-alia restrained the entities viz. Ghanshyam Kamlesh Kacchawa - ARYPK8621Q and Daulat Laxmilal Chandraliya - AAAPC7685H from accessing the securities market and prohibited them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 2 (Two) years, from the date of this order.
The aforesaid noticees’ existing holding including units of mutual funds of the noticees’ shall remain frozen during the period of restraint.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
