This is with reference to Exchange notice no. 20190124-33 dated January 24, 2019 and 20190610-2 dated June 10, 2019 regarding single registration certificate to be obtained from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The Exchange is pleased to introduce online submission of application through Online Membership Registration System (OMRS) from June 10, 2019 to obtain SEBI single registration certificate. URL is https://membersso.bseindia.com/idp/login.html User Manual is attached as Annexure-I for ease of reference.
Checklist for single registration is attached herewith as Annexure-2 and the same is also available on the Exchange website under the following link https://www.bseindia.com/static/members/member_comp.aspx
Further, trading members are requested to submit all the original SEBI registration certificates along with the physical application.
