Sub: Interim Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Info-Drive Software Limited (ISL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017, to be read with Exchange Notice No. 20170914-7 dated September 14, 2017 where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/25/2017, WTM/MPB/ISD/24/2017 and WTM/MPB/ISD/23/2017 dated September 13, 2017 had modified, the actions envisaged in SEBI’s letter dated August 07, 2017 wherein the promoters and directors of Info-Drive Software Limited (ISL) are permitted only to buy the securities of ISL. The shares held by the promoters and directors in ISL shall not be allowed to be transfered for sale, by depositories.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/SEBI/ISD/65/2018 dated November 30, 2018 hereby confirm the directions issued against ISL, its promoters and directors vide interim order dated September 13, 2017.
This Order shall come into force w.e.f. November 30, 2018
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
