Trading members are informed that the merchant banker to the issue of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limted has informed the Exchange that the issue stands extended for three working days and will now close on October 01, 2018. Accordingly, the price band has been revised to Rs.114/- to Rs.118/- from the existing price band of Rs 115/- to Rs 118/-.The letter received from the Merchant Banker (s) is enclosed herewith.
