Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide notification number SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ DOS3/CIR/P/2019/68 dated May 27, 2019 has notified enhanced disclosures to be made in case of debt listed securities.
SEBI vide this circular has provided details of disclosures to be made by the Debenture Trustees. The said circular also provides for additional Covenants to be included as part of the Issue Details in the summary term sheet, in privately placed debt issues.
