Sub:       Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 In re: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 in respect of M/s. JMD Telefilms Industries Limited (presently known as JMD Ventures Limited) "JMD".

SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD1-DRA3/51/2019 dated May 31, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:

• Restrained Mr.  Jitendra Kumar Pratihas (PAN: APWPP9146B), Mr.  Johar Pal Singh (PAN: AMBPS8591F), JMD (PAN: AAACA4340C), Mr.  Kailash Prasad Purohit (PAN: AFSPP1444E) and Mr. Jagdish Prasad Purohit are (PAN: AFQPP2675H), from accessing the securities market for a period of two years from the date of this order and further prohibited from buying, selling  or  otherwise  dealing  in  securities,  directly  or  indirectly,  or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of two years, from the date of this order.

• Restrained Mr.  Jitendra Kumar Pratihas (PAN: APWPP9146B), Mr.  Johar Pal Singh (PAN: AMBPS8591F), Mr.  Kailash Prasad Purohit (PAN: AFSPP1444E) and Mr. Jagdish Prasad Purohit are (PAN: AFQPP2675H), also from associating themselves with any listed public company and any public company which intends to raise money from the public, or any intermediary registered with SEBI for a period of two years from the date of this order

• It is clarified that during the period of restraint, the existing holding, including units of mutual funds, of the Noticees shall remain frozen. 

This Order shall come into force w.e.f May 31, 2019.
