In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20180905-26 dated 05 Sep 2018, regarding debt securities of Athanas Enterprise Private Limited, Trading Members are requested to note that w.e.f. Wednesday, 26 Dec 2018, the following Scrip Codes bearing following ISINs would be available for trading under the revised terms as under. As per intimation received from the Company, below mentioned NCDs shall be transferred from the old Company i.e. Athanas Enterprise Private Limited to the new Company i.e. Altheon Enterprises Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and order passed by National Company Law Tribunal.
