S&P BSE Indices Consultation on Sector Diversification in Benchmark Indices Results
MUMBAI, JULY 05, 2019: Asia Index Private Limited ( AIPL ) has conducted a consultation with members of the investment community on the sector diversification of benchmark indices in India and whether limits, in the form of capping, should be considered.
AIPL will not make any changes to the S&P BSE benchmark indices at this time. However, AIPL will continue to monitor regulatory developments with regards to sector diversification and subsequently take action, if necessary.
