Sub: Order Under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Jindal Cortex Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/ AB /EFD-1/DRA-1/04/2019-20 dated April 24, 2019 has inter-alia restrained the following entities from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities (including units of mutual funds), directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of five years from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding (including units of mutual funds) of the following entities shall remain frozen.
