Sub: Final Order Under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Nissan Copper Limited.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA-1/18/2018-19 dated February 08, 2019 has inter-alia restrained the following entities from accessing the securities market for a period of five years from the date of this order and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, either directly or indirectly, for a period of five years from the date of this order. It is, further, clarified that the existing holding of securities of the Noticees, including the units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen during the period of restraint.
