As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench:-
The Resolution Plan proposes to reduce the shareholding of each shareholder in the ratio 1:10 such that the total number of Equity Shares shall be reduced to 9,19,950 amounting to Rs. 91,99,500;
Thus, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company will be reduced from Rs 9,19,95,000 ( Rupees Nine Crore Nineteen lakh Ninety Five thousand ) consisting of 91,99,500 equity Share of Rs.10/- each to Rs.91,99,500 (Rupees Ninety One lakh Ninety nine thousand Five hundred) consisting of 9,19,950 equity Share of Rs.10/- each by Cancelling and extinguishing in aggregate 90% Of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company comprising 82,79,550 Equity Share of Rs 10 each held by the members of company
