SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/IMD/69/2018-19 dated October 30, 2018 has inter-alia directed that the following entities shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or associate themselves with any listed company or company intending to raise money from the public.

Further as stated in the aforesaid Order, in the event of the respective Noticees failing to file replies or requesting for an opportunity of personal hearing within 90 days from the date of receipt of the Order, the findings as mentioned in the aforesaid Order shall become final and absolute against the respective Noticees and against Seikh Ali Hossain automatically, without any further Orders.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
