Trading Members of the Exchange were informed vide Notice No. 20190102- 21 dated January 2, 2019 regarding SEBI Order dated December 12, 2018 suspending the Certificate of Registration of the trading member VISHAL VIJAY SHAH, (Clg no. 77) for a period of six months w.e.f. January 3, 2019.
Trading Members of the Exchange are now informed that the suspension period has been completed and accordingly, the trading terminals of the trading member “VISHAL VIJAY SHAH, (Clg no. 77) will be re-activated with effect from July 3, 2019.
Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of the above.
