This is in continuation of the Exchange Notice No. 20180926-09 dated September 26, 2018, on the captioned subject, regarding submission of Financial Indicator data for the year ended March 31, 2018.
In order to align with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs circular no. 10/2018 dated October 29, 2018 extending the date for filing of financial statements for financial year ended March 31, 2018 till December 31, 2018, Members may note that the date for submission of the financial indicator data for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 is extended till December 31, 2018
The Stock Brokers may note that the submission is to be made only electronically through BEFS till December 31, 2018. No physical copies are required to be submitted to the Exchange.
Accordingly, the Exchange shall continue to keep the link active on BEFS, for allowing the members to submit the aforesaid data/details, under the menu>>>Risk Based Supervision>> Financial Indicators Entry screen.
