Sub: Interim Order Cum Show Cause Notice Under Sections 11(1), 11(4) And 11B Of The Securities and Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992, in the matter of Aryan Nutrient Food Projects Ltd (ANFPL)
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/GM/IMD/82 /2018-19 dated December 31,2018 has inter-alia directed ANFPL (PAN : NA) and its directors and debenture trustee, viz. Birendra Thakur (PAN : AGHPT8453D), Manoj Chauhan (PAN : AMZPC7233N), Abadh Kumar Singh (PAN : CBIPS7345R), Sunil Kumar (PAN : NA), Vikas Jha (PAN : AJHPJ4757D), Rakesh Raushan (PAN : AFQPR0048J) and Bimalendu Bikash Dey (PAN : NA) shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or associate themselves with any listed company or company intending to raise money from the public until further orders.
Further as stated in the aforesaid Order, In the event of the Noticees failing to file replies or requesting for an opportunity of personal hearing within the said 90 days, the preliminary findings as mentioned in the aforesaid orders shall become final and absolute against the respective Noticees automatically, without any further orders. Consequently, the respective Noticees shall automatically be bound by the directions contained in the order as applicable.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
