Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for Advance PowerInfra Tech Limited (Scrip Code: 531047) w.e.f. May 06, 2019 and has appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sarkar, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Advance PowerInfra Tech Limited (Scrip Code: 531047) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, June 21, 2019.
