sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A And 11B of The Securities and Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992, in the matter of Nu Tek India Limited (NTIL).
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20171009-32 dated October 09, 2017 where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/ 56 /2017 dated October 9, 2017 has inter-alia directed the promoters and directors in NTIL are permitted only to buy the securities of NTIL. The shares held by the promoters and directors in NTIL shall not be allowed to be transferred for sale by depositories.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/ 50 /2018 dated October 26, 2018 hereby confirm the directions issued vide Interim Order dated October 09, 2017.
This Order shall come into force w.e.f. October 26, 2018
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
