Trading Members are hereby informed that, Facor Steels Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532657) has been ordered to be liquidated by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, and appointment of Mr. Sunil Gajanan Nanal, Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f. October 18, 2016 vide Exchange notice no. 20160926-36 dated September 26, 2016, for non-compliance with Regulation 55A of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996 for two consecutive quarters i.e., March 2016 and June 2016. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
